1. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the United States and select international regions.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
2. RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Due to the nature of our products (personal wellness and aromatherapy), we must adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards:
Unopened Items: You may return any unopened and unused product in its original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any products that have been opened, used, or have the seal broken.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return for an unopened item, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at support@BVZOQZQ.com with your order number.
Wait for our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions.
Securely package the item and ship it back to the address provided by our team.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
